Booking Policy

• Every new booking starts as Pending.
• Sending a booking request doesn't guarantee a place.
• A booking becomes Confirmed only when an organiser approves it. Only confirmed bookings take up a place in the session.

• You can book for up to 4 players in one booking.
• Each person can have 1 active booking per session. We check email addresses, phone numbers and player names to spot duplicate bookings.
• If you book for a group, you're responsible for giving each player's correct name and skill level.
• Under-18s are welcome, but a parent or guardian must make the booking for them, using their own contact details.
• Some sessions set their own limits. The booking form always shows the rules for the session you choose.

The booking form shows the session price, the deposit, your payment options and the booking deadline before you send anything. You'll be asked to confirm you've read this policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Payment is by bank transfer only.
• You choose a deposit, full payment or a payment arrangement when you book. An organiser then agrees how much you pay and by when — please don't pay before that.
• Approving your place and agreeing your payment are separate. A confirmed booking can still have a balance to pay if that's what was agreed, and it isn't cancelled automatically just because a payment is late.
• An organiser checks every transfer by hand, so it can take a little while to show.
• Save your booking reference. Use it as your payment reference, and to check your booking.

• When a session is full, your request joins the waiting list. A waiting-list entry isn't a confirmed booking.
• We won't ask you to pay while you're waiting. Please don't send any money until your place is confirmed.
• If a place opens up, an organiser may offer it to you. Groups are never split.

Skill-level requirements, session capacity and booking deadlines are always applied. The form only offers the levels a session allows, and requests can't be sent after the deadline. See Session Rules.

We don't send automatic emails yet. An organiser will contact you directly about your booking. You can check its status at any time on Check My Booking.
